How can I return or exchange an item I bought at a retail store?
Please discuss return options with the store you purchased the product at, as they generally will be able to honor our Run Happy Promise. If that isn't successful, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
How do I process an exchange?
Brooks has one focus - the run. To that end, we want to make sure that everything we do is in service of getting you the gear you need and back to running quickly - and there’s nothing fast about a traditional exchange process.
You’ll always have 90 days to swap out a shoe if it’s not working for you. To do this, head to our Returns Center and print a free return label to ship your product back to us - then you can order the new item (with free shipping!) without worry.
After you drop your return off with the carrier and they scan the label, our system will begin processing your return, and you will be sent an email within 2 business days confirming a receipt of the return. Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to appear in your account once confirmed via email.
