Gift Card Maintenance
Customers are currently unable to check gift card balances via our eGift Card page. You may check the balance of your eGift Card within the Payment section of the Checkout process. If you need additional assistance, our Customer Care team is happy to check your balance for you! Contact us via phone at (855) 427-6657, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, via chat using the speech bubble in the bottom right-hand corner, or via email. All other eGift Card functions (purchasing, receiving, and using as payment) are active and working as expected.
An EGC (eGiftCard) is the perfect gift for that special runner in your life who needs some new, top of the line running shoes and/or apparel.
To purchase a Brooks EGC:
- Go to our eGiftCard page: https://www.brooksrunning.com/en_ca/giftcard
- Fill out required fields
- Click Add to Bag
- Click View Bag and Checkout
- Proceed through the Checkout as normal
Once the order has been placed for the EGC, the designated recipient will receive an email with a Card Number and a separate 4 digit PIN. Both numbers are required for the EGC to be redeemed on your runner’s next order.
